Are you interested in helping clients navigate and find freedom from emotional and compulsive eating patterns?

The Emotional Eating Course is designed specifically for this purpose. This 24-module, online course will teach students a variety of coaching techniques and strategies to guide their clients toward healthier relationships with food and their bodies for weight loss and improved health.

In this hands-on, 7 month course, students are encouraged to explore their own relationship with food, and apply the information from this course to real-world applications through case study examination, reflective exercises, and guided practice. Students will learn how to help clients break free of common patterns like dieting, compulsive eating, and cravings – as well as how to differentiate emotional eating from eating disorders.

By the end of this course, students will better understand the psychological, biological, and cultural contributing factors that affect a person’s food relationship – and will feel more prepared to work with clients who struggle with unhelpful food relationships, eating mindsets, and behaviors from within your scope of practice.
