What are the HCTP graduation requirements?

Completion of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Training Program requires students:

  • Pass 2 of the 4 online Tests*

    • *Please note that any Tests that are skipped, missed, or failed will appear as "FAIL" on an official or unofficial transcript

  • Attend 4 of the 6 Coaching Circle sessions

  • Submit 6 Health Histories

  • Stay up-to-date on payments

Exact due dates can be found in the Course Schedule, located in the "Documents" section of the Learning Center.


Satisfactory completion of a test requires a score of 70% (21 out of 30) or above on 2 of the 4 administered tests.

Satisfactory completion of a Coaching Circle session requires full participation in both duration and discussion. You must complete 4 of the 6 total sessions. Partial credit is not awarded, and you cannot make up or reschedule sessions.

Satisfactory completion of a Health History is an accepted and recorded Health History form. You must successfully submit 6 Health Histories on the Health Histories timeline. Partial credit is not awarded.
