How do I receive payment?

Your payment will be issued from IIN to your SocialLadder Virtual wallet on a monthly basis. You can choose to redeem your commission via your preferred payment method (ACH/International Wire/Check/Paypal, etc.).

  • Please contact the SocialLadder support team if you have a problem cashing your virtual wallet, or if you have any other payment questions or issues. 

    •  You will find help under the Help section on your dashboard or reach
      out to iin@socialladderhelp.zendesk.com. SocialLadder’s support team is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5PM EST/6 AM-2 PM PST, excluding holidays.

    • Please ensure your payment information is updated on SocialLadder.
