How do I receive payment?

Your payment will be issued from IIN to your SocialLadder Virtual wallet on a monthly basis. You can choose to redeem your commission via your preferred payment method (ACH/International Wire/Check/Paypal, etc.).
Please contact the SocialLadder support team if you have a problem cashing your virtual wallet, or if you have any other payment questions or issues.
You will find help under the Help section on your dashboard or reach
out to iin@socialladderhelp.zendesk.com. SocialLadder’s support team is available Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5PM EST/6 AM-2 PM PST, excluding holidays.Please ensure your payment information is updated on SocialLadder.
