Coaching Circle Expectations

Edited

Here are the Coaching Circle guidelines for students and coaches. Please read carefully, and reach out to coaching@integrativenutrition.com if you have any questions.

As a Student, I commit to:

  • attend 4 coaching circle sessions

  • come to these sessions focused, prepared, and open to new thoughts and ideas

  • participate audibly. I will not mute myself for the entire call, and I will respond to roll call, any questions addressed to me, and share when applicable.

  • if you need to reschedule or cancel your coaching circle session please do so directly within the Learning Center

  • maintain a positive attitude and bring good energy to these sessions

As a Coach, I commit to:

  • be present on all sessions, and ready to facilitate conversations and coach all students

  • keep regular office hours so that students have a day and time that they can reach out with questions

  • respond to questions and concerns from students either on Facebook or via email within a reasonable timespan

  • be prepared to explain my coaching techniques and practices so that students understand why I ask the questions I do, and what I’m thinking as a coach

  • mark attendance within 24 hours so that students can see their most current graduation requirements as soon as possible after each session

  • notify IIN Coaching Circle staff as soon as possible in the event of an emergency/extenuating circumstance that prevents me from being able to conduct a session

As a Group, we commit to:

  • support each other, both on the calls and in our Facebook group between the calls

  • create a safe space for all members of our group to share and explore their experiences in the course and in their practices

  • work towards coaching each other, so that we learn from each other’s experiences

  • maintain the confidentiality of our peers and coach

  • always notice how others’ questions are applicable to us as well

  • listen for each other’s greatness
