Why do I have an error message on the lectures?

If you are streaming the lectures while using the web version of the Learning Center, you may be experiencing web browser issues. Here are some troubleshooting steps to start with:
If you are not already, please make sure to use Google Chrome as your web browser for accessing the Learning Center. Google Chrome is the preferred browser for the Learning Center as it provides for the best user experience and causes the least amount of technical glitches. Here is a free download for Chrome: https://www.google.com/chrome/.
Have you cleared the Cache? If not, please try clearing your browser's cache. Here are written instructions and a how-to video if you need further assistance.
