How do I purchase the Integrative Nutrition eBook?

Currently, the supplemental book, Integrative Nutrition: A Whole-Life Approach to Health and Happiness, is found on Amazon. You may purchase a copy here.  

The Nutrición Integrativa: Alimenta tu salud & feliciadad ebook is also available.

 

NOTE: IF YOU ARE BASED OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AND WISH TO PURCHASE THE eBOOK, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS:

AMAZON KINDLE

In order to be able to purchase and view Kindle books, you need to:

  1. Register a Device,

  2. Set Your Amazon Region, and

  3. Purchase and Download from Your Amazon Region

 Register a Device

If you’re using something other than a Kindle, download the Kindle app from the App Store or wherever you get apps from.

Available Kindle apps include:

  • Kindle for PC

  • Kindle for iOS

  • Kindle for Android

  • Kindle for BlackBerry

  • Kindle for Windows 8

Once you have the app, follow the steps provided to associate the app with your Amazon account. (If you don’t have an Amazon account, you’ll be prompted to set one up.)

Set Your Amazon Region

Make sure Amazon knows what country you’re in. To shop the Kindle Store for titles available in your country or region, set the country or region in Manage Your Content and Devices. Your country or region will display at the top of the Kindle Store so you know you're browsing the catalog of titles available to you.

  1. Visit Manage Your Content and Devices (found in the My Account menu).

  2. Click the Settings tab.

  3. If the displayed country is incorrect, click Change under Country Settings.

  4. Select an existing home address from your Amazon account or enter a new one.

  5. When you’re finished, click Update.

Purchase and Download from Your Amazon Region

You will only be able to purchase Kindle books at the Amazon site that matches your region. If you don’t know the website address for your region, Google “Amazon region for <your county name>.” Once on your region’s Amazon site, purchase the ebook.

After purchasing, Amazon will download the ebook to your registered device. If you have more than one device registered (for example, an iPhone and an iPad), you’ll need to choose one. You can then go back and choose another device without having to pay again. Once you’ve purchased an ebook, you can download it multiple times.
