Coaching Circle Policies

What happens if I am late, leave early, or miss a coaching session?

Students who are 15 minutes late to their call, leave 15 minutes early, or miss their coaching call entirely will be marked absent. You are still welcome to join the call if you are late or must leave early, but it will not count towards the 4 calls needed for your graduation requirement. No exceptions will be made, so please plan ahead.

If you are unable to make a session, please notify your coach in advance via email or on Facebook. They will take attendance and inform Integrative Nutrition of any absences. You should also be aware that you must verbally participate on your Coaching Circle calls in order to be marked as attended; if you are in a situation or location that requires that you are muted for the entire session that will be considered an absence.

Important: You must attend at least 4 out of the 6 offered sessions to meet your graduation requirements. If you miss more than 2 Coaching Circle sessions, you will NOT meet your graduation requirements and will NOT be eligible for graduation. Can I change my Coaching Circle call time?

All Coaching Circle time selections are final, so please check your personal schedule before committing to a timeslot. Nevertheless, we do understand that unforeseeable events may occur. If you can no longer attend your chosen day and time due to an altered life circumstance – like a new job or a move – we can make an exception and will help you change the time of ALL of your remaining sessions to a new date or time. This is a one-time only exception. Please email coaching@integrativenutrition.com to request an exception.

If I cannot make my scheduled call, can I join another call?

Unfortunately, you cannot. In order to maintain a sense of continuity for the Coaching Circle groups, and to ensure that there are never more than 8 students per Coaching Circle call, students are not allowed to join other scheduled calls. Your attendance will only be recorded if you join your scheduled call. We understand that life circumstances may prevent you from attending every call, which is why students are allowed to miss 2 of the 6 Coaching Circle sessions and still fulfill their Coaching Circle Graduation Requirement.
