Why are Coaching Circles in a group format?

As the school grows, we want to make sure our students are able to build meaningful connections in our online learning environment. We feel that Coaching Circles contribute to that community.

Coaching Circles offer the benefits of coaching plus group support from a small cohort of your peers. You’ll learn side-by-side with your classmates, supporting each other through interactive discussions on Coaching Circle calls and Facebook, while obtaining expert guidance from your coach throughout the program.
