What happens if I am late, leave early, or miss a coaching session?

Students who are 15 minutes late to their call, leave 15 minutes early, or miss their coaching call entirely will be marked absent. You are still welcome to join the call if you are late or must leave early, but it will not count towards the 4 calls needed for your graduation requirement. No exceptions will be made, so please plan ahead.

If you are unable to make a session, please cancel or reschedule your Circle directly in the Coaching Circle area of your Learning Center. Once attendance is taken, the Coach will inform Integrative Nutrition of any absences. You should also be aware that you must verbally participate on your Coaching Circle calls in order to be marked as attended; if you are in a situation or location that requires that you are muted for the entire session that will be considered an absence.

Important: You must attend 4 Coaching Circles to meet your graduation requirements. If you miss your Coaching Circles, be sure to reschedule as soon as possible or you will NOT meet your graduation requirements and will NOT be eligible for graduation.
