How do I request an official Excelsior College transcript?

Edited

Obtaining transcripts from Excelsior College is optional but beneficial for IIN graduates looking to pursue a bachelors or associates degree in liberal studies or a subject area related to Integrative Nutrition’s program. Excelsior College is an accredited academic institution, and as such, their transcript may be more easily accepted by other colleges/universities than an IIN transcript would.

To obtain an official Excelsior College Transcript:

  1. Request an official Integrative Nutrition transcript through the Academic Progress section of your Learning Center. There is a $10 processing fee. (Please note: The Request an Official Transcript button will only appear on your Learning Center close to graduation)

    • Enter Excelsior's address in the shipping address section. Integrative Nutrition will then mail your transcripts directly to Excelsior College. Please note that transcripts from IIN will take about 1 week to process.

  2. Complete the Excelsior College OneTranscript application on Excelsior's transcript webpage. There is a $270 processing fee.

    • For an additional $12, Excelsior College will mail your transcript to a specific college or university.

  3. Once Excelsior College processes your request (this usually takes 5-10 business days), you will receive a copy of your transcript reflecting the credits recommended by the New York State Board of Regents National College Credit Recommendation Service.

If you have any questions regarding the Excelsior College transcript process, please call 1-888-647-2388. Press 136 when prompted by the automated greeting and ask to speak with Arleen Drooby.

Important Notes:

  • A transcript is a historical record of your academic achievement. Therefore, you must successfully complete IIN’s Health Coach Training Program and graduate before applying for academic credits or transcripts.

  • OneTranscript is a transcript service for those who would like to consolidate multiple approved academic records and training credits for employment or educational purposes into a single Excelsior transcript. To learn more, check out Excelsior's OneTranscript webpage.
