A Proof of Enrollment statement (enrollment verification) is a document that verifies your status as a student currently enrolled in Integrative Nutrition's Health Coach Training Program and is often requested by employers if they are providing tuition assistance. A Proof of Enrollment statement includes:
Your name
Program Name
Your enrollment status
Your class cohort (ex. March 2020 Health Coach Training Program)
Course Description
Number of academic hours this course is worth
