Will I still be eligible to graduate if I miss the deadline to submit my Health Histories?

No. You must complete and submit all six Health Histories by their deadlines in order to satisfy your graduation requirements. If you fail to submit a Health History by its due date (deadlines are noted in your Course Schedule), you will not meet your graduation requirements and will not be eligible for graduation.
